C&S completed redevelopment of this 65,000 SF former nursing home into a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in July 2012. It is the only new nursing product to be developed in Albuquerque since the late 1980’s. It was licensed as a106 bed facility with the largest physical rehabilitation facilities in the state. The multi-million dollar redevelopment project completely transformed the vacated Valle Norte Care Center into an upscale Skilled Nursing Facility and created 110 new full-time jobs.
