In 2007 C&S helped acquire this outdated mid-century medical product and transformed it into a revitalized 6 building medical park of 54,000 SF located in the “sweet spot” Big I area of Albuquerque, within a mile of the 3 major Medical Centers serving the city and state. After acquisition, C&S renovated approximately half of the property under long term leases to a major institutional user and a large private medical practice.
