The multi-million dollar redevelopment project completely transformed the vacated Valle Norte Care Center into an upscale Skilled Nursing Facility and created 110 new full-time jobs. The Operator has 25 years’ experience in the post-acute care market in Texas and New Mexico. Teaming with C& S’s expertise in senior living development, the Operator created a short-term rehabilitation facility with resort-like amenities and high-end finishes.
Enterprise Builders was the general contractor on the Project. Richard Rappuhn, AIA was the architect. Bob Lehman, Larry Levy and Darin Davis of the Bank of Albuquerque underwrote the project.
