The University of New Mexico Medical Group has relocated its Truman Street Clinic to Building F in Medical Arts Plaza at 801 Encino NE. The 2-story building’s 9,000 square foot interior was completely demolished and rebuilt by C & S Real Estate & Development to meet the UNM Clinic’s specifications. The dramatically transformed facility now houses a treatment center and its in-house Pharmacy. With this new lease, Med Arts occupancy further increases and the mid-century medical park nears completion of its comprehensive refurbishment and lease-up campaign.
C&S Architect Richard Rappuhn and Project Manager Mark Haley worked with DPC Construction to complete the project on budget and on time, delivering a state-of-the-art clinic that will serve the community for many years to come.
