A 292 unit Class A apartment community by the Rio Grande River developed for a pension fund, this project included 9 foot ceilings, 3 pools and the incorporation of an existing 8 unit apartment that was purchased with the site on Albuquerque’s Westside, just south of Paseo Del Norte and Coors Blvd.
