Located in Downtown Albuquerque, Silver Square is a 4-story, 120,000 SF Class B office product which C&S helped acquire at 60% occupancy and an insufficient parking ratio. C&S procured parking nearby and successfully leased up the property, which was later sold to an investor group specializing in GSA leased assets.
