Originally constructed in the late 1990s as the corporate headquarters of a public healthcare provider, this Class A campus comprises 5 buildings totaling over 300,000 SF. The owner later, along with several other national providers, sought bankruptcy protection after a unilateral change in government healthcare reimbursement. C&S managed the company’s Sun Plaza asset and replaced 19 full time employees for a first year payroll savings of $170,000 and achieved over $500,000 in operational savings in year one as well. The healthcare company successfully emerged from bankruptcy.
