Westside Auto Center

This development project was a partnership with a local car dealer. An existing 58,000 SF manufacturing building located on Albuquerque’s Westside was redeveloped into a Chrysler Jeep Dealership. We successfully negotiated access and use issues with the City and worked on the Westside strategic plan that is in force today. The second phase was the development, construction, and lease up of a 40,000 SF auto center that focused on automotive related users. The dealer partner ultimately purchased C&S Principals’ interest in the property.
