Located on a Brownfield site on Broadway in Southwest Albuquerque, this state-of-the-art 65,000 SF distribution warehouse has 32’ clear ceilings. The land was negatively impacted by the largest Environmental disaster clean up in the history of New Mexico. C&S's negotiations with the EPA led to a comfort letter which allowed for debt to be secured for the project’s development. Tenants included Michelin subsidiary Tires Center Inc. and a wholesale pet food distributer.
